What is the reason why the weightlessness scale stands out

The characteristic of a weightlessness scale is that it can continuously and accurately measure, which is something that ordinary industrial scales cannot achieve. Its working principle is to measure based on changes in material weight during use. It will have control and processing functions during use, and the control instrument of the device will use the weight change per unit time as instantaneous data, which can be compared with the target data. If the actual quantity is insufficient during the operation, the speed can be changed to get as close to the target as possible. The sensor senses changes in weight, but during this period, the signal transmitted by the sensor may be inaccurate.

In order to prevent such situations from occurring, a replenishment delay function has been set in the controlled instrument, so that the time calculation can start counting from the moment the valve is closed. During this period, the feeder can maintain a constant frequency, which means that the feeding motor will maintain the frequency before feeding from the beginning to the end. This can keep the weightlessness scale in a static control state during the process, allowing it to operate at a fixed frequency.

There are many reasons for the problems with the weightlessness scale, such as the fan in the workshop, which can affect its accuracy. During the operation of the entire workshop, workshop noise is a common occurrence, and if the noise is too loud, it can also interfere with its accuracy. During the operation of the manufacturer, it cannot be guaranteed that only the weightlessness scale is inside the workshop, and the vibration generated by other machines during movement may also interfere with the accuracy measurement in some cases.
