Basic principle of meter weight controller
Due to changes in the density of raw materials, there are variations in the amount of feed during extrusion, which have a significant impact on the weight of the rice and therefore also affect the quality of the product. Manually adjusting the traction speed or extrusion speed can temporarily compensate for these changes, reducing the stability of the entire extrusion process. Therefore, it is necessary to automatically complete the measurement, calculation, output of each link, and closed-loop control to achieve the goal.
Gravity measurement: detect the cutting status and obtain the flow rate per revolution
Speed measurement: detecting extrusion speed data
Speed measurement: detecting traction speed
Control calculation: After the above three data detections, the system automatically calculates various production data based on internal mathematical models, and automatically adjusts output parameters to compensate for material or traction fluctuations during the process.
